Cyflect™ Infrared Reflective Flags and Squares
IR Flags and squares reflect only infrared light for identification of friend or foe (IFF) during nighttime operations. Without a night vision device, flags appear tan or green with a matte black background with no sunlight glare. The squares are solvent-resistant, enabling uniform manufacturers to apply insecticide without marring the surface. Flags and some squares have hook backs to fasten to loop fields on the uniform. The ¾” squares are sewn on the uniform sleeves and helmet covers.
